Hi @jackdowie
I hope you’re well today!
If a Stripe field is hidden with conditional visibility settings, the form should submit just fine (even though by default Stripe is required). I just tested it with the most basic form – just a radio button and the simplest Strip config with one fixed value to be payed – and can confirm that.
But it may be a bit more complicated if the form is more complex and something is “breaking” that logic or there are some more complex conditions applied to Stripe plans’ settings.
It would be best if we could check the form itself. Would you please export the form and share export code with us? Note: it’s safe as it will not share your Stripe credentials and will not include any submission data.
To export and share the form:
– go to the “Forminator -> Forms” page and select “Export” option from the drop-down menu under the little “gear” icon next to the form in question
– put export file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar file storage or put export code at pastebin.com service
– and then post a (public) direct link to it in your response below.
We’ll then be able to import the form and test it to find out what’s happening and how to deal with it.
Kind regards,
Adam
