Hi, I activated Stripe as a payment method and connected PayPal to Stripe to be able to receive payments from PayPal accounts too, but I see that customers do not see the PayPal logo among the payment methods, so it is not clear that they can also use PayPal to pay, shouldn’t the PayPal logo appear?
Then, since the payment is sent to my PayPal account but via Stripe, will a commission be retained by both Stripe and PayPal for each sale?
    Thank you.

    Hi @userweb

I understand that it’s important for your customers to know they can pay with PayPal.

First, could you let us know which payment gateway plugin you’re using? That way, we can offer more accurate guidance on fee structures. Also, please send us a URL where the PayPal logo isn’t showing up. We’d love to take a closer look and help sort this out.

Hi, thanks in advance, for example you can go to this page:
    https://www.giochidimagia.net/prodotto/100-card-trick-one-liner-jokes-by-wolfgang-riebe-ebook-download/
add the product to the cart, view the cart, click on “complete payment” and at this point the payment methods are sold, but PayPal which is enabled via the Stripe plugin, is not displayed.
    Thanks!

    Hi @userweb ,

I understand the PayPal payment logo isn’t showing on your site, even though it’s enabled in the Stripe Payment settings. Unfortunately, this feature isn’t currently supported by the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, which is why it’s not working as expected.

I did find that this has been requested by others on our Feature Requests site, like this one.

As an alternative, you could consider using another plugin from the www.ads-software.com repository to enable PayPal payments on your site.

If I’ve missed anything or if you have further questions, please let me know—I’m happy to help!

Thanks, I solved the problem using another plugin dedicated to PayPal, now the PayPal button appears that the customer can click to make the payment, thanks!
