I am having a conflict on my checkout page when both Woocommerce PayPal Payments and Woocommerce Stripe are both activated. I have had them both activated before, but I did not have this issue:

I am using the Blocks checkout (with aThemes Botiga Pro theme). When I click my cursor into one of the field input forms on the checkout page (for example, Email) and start to type, it only allows me to type one letter or number. Then I have to click the cursor in the box again, and it will allow me to add only one more number or letter. So, to add an email (or name, address, city, state, etc.) I have to keep clicking in the input field box after each letter or number added. This only happens if I have both Stripe and PayPal payments activated. I have tested this with all plugins deactivated and changed my theme to Storefront and I get the same result. Please help.

    Hello @swapot

I was unable to reproduce this issue on my end. However, based on your testing (with all plugins deactivated and using the Storefront theme), this seems to be a deeper compatibility issue. It is likely that something in your setup—perhaps a theme-specific script, a custom code snippet —is triggering this behavior.

We would need access to the theme and closer look at your site to identify any potential conflicts. If possible, could you provide a screen recording of the issue along with the exact steps to reproduce it? This will help us analyze the behavior in detail.

Additionally, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report with us:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
    4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

The easiest option would be opening a direct support ticket with us via Request Support. Please include this thread’s URL in your ticket for reference.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

    Hi @inpsydekrystian

The “issue” seems to have resolved itself – I cannot reproduce the issue now either.

I think what was happening is that there was a delay in the clearing of the CDN cache (cloudflare) or the Redis object cache when I was changing Stripe back and forth between live and test modes.

Hopefully, that’s all it was. Thanks.
