Stripe and Woocommerce not communicating

    Hi,

    I have been facing an issue with my WP/WooCommerce site when clients place an order.

    I get the order in and it’s marked as “Pending payment” (or on the ones that auto-cancelled “Cancelled”), but I can not see the order in my Stripe dashboard.

    Also, a client has reported that on checkout page and after adding all the info, when he clicks on “place order” it takes him to the top of the page where there’s a red-outlined box with a red cross in it, it’s horizontal across the page as if there’s supposed to be text after the cross, but there is NO text. Only red border + the X.

    I have changed theme from Genesis to Ocean, but the ISSUE WAS ALSO PRESENT ON THE OTHER THEME.

    Any thoughts?

    Once the “checkout” blank rectangle issue appears, user can not proceed to their favourite payment platform.

    I have also checked error logs both in Woo commerce, WP, Stripe and PayPal, but apparently it is all working fine.

    It is a huge issue since it is directly related to payments…and it’s very worrying.

    Hi @ridighero. Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” That will help us get a better idea of what could be going on.

I think you should contact our support team directly, either at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ or [email protected]. That way you can more easily send screenshots/videos and we can ask for access to your dashboard (which is not allowed on the forums).
