    Hello there,

    We’ve been notified that our customers could not pay using their credit card and after doing some tests it seems to be related to PO, although I’m a bit puzzled as to what is causing this.

    I have made sure that Stripe is not globally disabled and is not disabled in any post type or filter. The checkout page is not using any overrides.

    I have also reset the plugin loading order just to be sure.

    However, when PO is activated, the Credit Card field won’t display. If I deactivate PO, it works. After enabling Stripe Logs all I could find is:

    2019-08-15T22:02:25+00:00 DEBUG
    ====Stripe Version: 4.2.3====
    ====Start Log====
    Stripe Payment Request live mode requires SSL.
    ====End Log====

    Our SSL certificate is valid and working when PO is not active.

    Any clue what could be causing this?

    Thank you!

    Have you tried using the plugin search tab on the PO settings page to see where Stripe has been disabled? Also search to see where Woocommerce has been disabled.

    Got it! The plugin search function is pretty useful. I was certain I had re-activated Stripe on the home page (although it should not really be needed) but I noticed it was deactivated.

    So I enabled it and it works now. This is a bit weird as the option to affect children page (which could’ve affect ajax calls) was not checked.

    Not sure why this happen but at least it’s fixed!

    Thank you

    Hi Jeff,

    I’m also having this issue, when PO in active Stripe doesn’t load properly. Also for some reason when its on i loose a lot of plug ins in my Dashboard. The biggest one i loose seems to be WooCommerce (which in turn switches WooCommerce Admin plus in off, with a message saying WooCommerce Admin needs WooCommerce to work).

    I looked in the Search plug ins tab for WooCommerce ad it did not say that it was switched off in the Dashboard or Admin).

    Any ideas please? Everything was working before i upgraded yesterday, i did jump up a few versions though

    Thanks
    Matt
