Stripe card fields not showing properly in live-mode

    Hi,

    When using the test keys everything works fine, but when entering the live keys the fields are not shown correctly. See here: https://imgur.com/a/VygCQ00

    I have made sure to untick the “Enable Test Mode” flag as well.

    How can I solve this?

    I’m using version 3.5.4 of WooCommerce.

    Hi there!

    Stripe needs SSL to be enabled on the domain for live transactions.

    Your domain doesn’t have SSL setup: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://stylelanka.x10.bz

    As next steps to resolve this, I recommend you to:

    1. Get in touch with the hosting support for the domain and request them to enable SSL for the same
    2. Once you have SSL installed for the domain, change the site and home URL at Dashboard > Settings > General to https
    3. Cross check if you’re able to view the credit card forms correctly now

    I am also having a similar problem.

    All my SSL is upto date and working all my packages are upto date.

    Can you give some more advice

    @sailbuzz please create a new forum thread with your findings regarding this and a copy of your System Status Report.

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
