STRIPE CC option not showing

Do you remember what changes you made on your site to prompt this issue? That could be updating a plugin or theme, or adding new ones?

As this problem started suddenly, it’s likely a code conflict that has started as a result of the some code on your site not being compatible with WooCommerce and the Stripe plugin.

The two tests mentioned on that page should help you to find the cause of the issue. If you still have issues when using the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme and with all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe disabled, please open a ticket with our team so we can offer further troubleshooting steps. You can do that at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets? You may need to create an account. When opening the ticket, please make sure to select the Stripe plugin. We will be able to help you further there.

Thanks a lot for the above. We rearranged the javascript order of our script.js and it fixed the issue. So a issue with the theme by the looks of it. All good now. Cheers, Jamie

Hey @jejsd, glad to hear that helped and that you were able to find the issue with your theme.

I’d recommend contacting your theme’s developer to get an updated version from them as they may need to update other templates as well.
