    Hi @antonioshafez

    Looking over your screenshot, it looks like you have Stripe set to not capture charges immediately.
    Head to WooCommerce–> Settings–> Payments–> Stripe, and check the Capture charge immediately box.

    As for the order that came in that’s On- Hold, once you change the status of that order to Processing, Stripe will actually charge the card.
