    Hi team,

    Firstly, I wanna say thanks to all the team for your hard-working. I swear this is the best form plugin on the market that costs nothing.

    I have been using this plugin for more than 2 years and never got any problems before. These days, I am building a website using Stripe checkout in the form and the issue happened to me (image below).

    This issue didn’t happen to me in the last version. I was trying several times with “Test mode” but the outcomes were still bad.

    I really appreciate it if the team can help me to fix this.

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Each site is different, the WP repository contains almost 60 000 plugins and there are thousands of themes on the market. I’m afraid, we don’t know their coding and architecture and with those numbers, there is always a possibility of the plugin on theme conflict. Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    We suggest this in the first place as there could be some updates on the site in the past days/weeks.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Thank you for all of your support!

    I’ve fixed the issue already. I’ve found the conflict between Hide WP plugin and Stripe payment function in Forminator. I changed some of the common paths to protect my site, but now I made them default to the issue never occurs again.
