Stripe checkout is not connecting

I’m using Cloudflare as well, if this could be releated to the problem. On cloudflare all the stripe and give WP releated urls are excluded from cache.

When I accessed your website, I noticed that there is a few errors related to Stripe. These errors are usually related to cache or some settings on Clodflare can breat the donation forms, like the Rocket Loader – if you have it active, you’ll need to deactivate it.

Also, you need to make sure that all the pages related to GiveWP are whitelisted from your cache systems (it depends on the service you are using: a plugin or server). The URL includes:

any page with a donation form on it and/or the donation form URL itself
the /donation-confirmation/ page
the /donation-failed/ page
the /donation-history/ page
the /recurring-donations/ page (if applicable)

After that, clear your browser’s cache and access the donation form again.

The URLs are actually already excluded. Maybe you can have a look at the two screenshots in the links. I think that should be good?

Like you wrote, this could be cloudflare related. Besides the Rocket loader, are there some other options we need to check or uncheck?

I do apologize for my slow turnaround on this one.

The best way to troubleshoot this kind of issue is to deactivate everything and then activate feature by feature, like deactivate and activate Cloudflare, deactivate and activate the minifying tools from the plugin you are using for caching, and so on.

Putting me in your shoes, that’s what I’d do. Deactivate everything related to Cloudflare and caching, and then I’d activate back feature by feature while testing how the site behaves.

I tried the ‘deactivate everything and then activate feature by feature’ and first this did not help me, but now some months later I just by chance gave it another try.
A friend helped me to look at the problem again, we reconnected everything new and suddenly it works again.
I never really new afterwards what caused the problem, but it works :-).
