Hello there! I manage several Stripe accounts for clients and for some reason some subaccounts don’t show up on the Connect page. Stripe support redirected me to GiveWP support. This client is using the free version and created their account at Stripe as a nonprofit. I’ve verified that the account is active.

I see that connecting manually via the API keys is no longer an option – or it’s moved somewhere that we’re overlooking it. Can you share what settings we need to adjust or ensure are selected when having clients create their accounts?

As I look at the available accounts – only two of our nonprofit clients appear in the list, although we serve 7. Most (not all) of our for-profit clients are visible.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I think I figured it out. The accounts that are visible, I have Administrator access level, and the others are Developer access. I’ll keep that in mind for the future.

    Hi @doktadivah,

I just want to confirm that you are correct. The Stripe account has to be the main account holder or have Admin privileges in order to be able to connect.
