Stripe Connect – what to input for “Platform profile” re Client ID

    I’m not sure if Stripe have updated things recently but there are lots of Platform questions to answer before you can get client ID.

    eg. “Whose name is listed with the transaction on a customer’s credit card statement?”

    Is there somewhere that documents the answers to these questions? I couldn’t see it on Dokan Stripe Connect website information re adaptive / split payments.

    Where do customers purchase products or services?
    > From your seller/service provider’s dedicated page within your platform’s website or app

    Whose name is listed with the transaction on a customer’s credit card statement?
    > Not sure
    (the options were: The Seller, Your Platform, Both The Seller & Your Platform, Not sure)

    Who should customers contact if they have a dispute or complaint?
    > The seller/service provider using your platform

    This setup is for your business and not related to our plugin directly for that reason, we do not have any documentation but I can help with the answers –

    Whose name is listed with the transaction on a customer’s credit card statement?

    It should be both platform and the seller who is connected with stripe to your marketplace or you can also select only your platform. This is not going to make any differences to get your CLIENT ID ??
