Stripe connection

    Hello,

    I have installed the GiveWP plugin and connected it with Stripe. The webhook is set. In the payment gateways settings, I tried both Stripe – Checkout and Stripe Credit card, and either of those are working. When I try to make a donation, it just hangs and the thing just spins. I also checked the logs (both in the donation plugin and in Stripe), and I don’t see the call being made.

    I’ve already looked at the previous posts regarding the topic, but can’t find a solution.

    Can you please let me know how to get this working?

    Hey tindev, did you get this sorted? Or are you waiting for Give to get back to you? I’m trying to set up a solution using the free options too, to accept donations via credit card / debit card. Neither the Stripe nor PayPal Donations options are working for me either! I’ve raised a support ticket within this forum, so hopefully will hear from someone soon. Good luck!

    Any luck here? I am also experiencing the same issue. No matter what I do I get the error

    Error: An occurred while fetching the list of payment methods of the customer. Please try again.

    hi, no i wasn’t able to get it fixed. I wanted up using something else.

    jotform.com and linked it to stripe.

    Hi @tindev,

    Do you still want to try GiveWP? If so, please enable Test mode in Donations -> Settings -> Payment gateways so we can test the forms without using real money.

    @krissieg we have an open issue in our Recurring add-on that will generate that error message. If you are using the Recurring add-on please open a support ticket via our priority support page.
