Stripe credit card form no longer showing on Safari

I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

I tried to replicate the issue on the page you’ve shared but I was unable to replicate the issue. I visited the page on Safari browser (v17.4.1) and I was able to see the form with the stripe field fine. I was able to add inputs to the field as well.

Further, I additionally made multiple refreshes to the page to see if the issue was replicated, but it worked fine for me. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Can you please let me know in case if I am missing anything? Also, could you please share a screenshot of how it looks on your end? And if there are any console errors showing on the Safari browser.

I faced the same issue and what I see in your reply @wpmudev-support7 is that you are in test mode (you used test credit card numbers).
I also have no problems in test mode but the issue occurs in live mode.
While looking for an answer i find some things.

When the page loads we have this issue first:

And then when performing a submit to call the stripe api endpoint:

This two seem linked because on the chrome side, we have neither.

I hope you’re well today!

Please note: we cannot test using live payments and that’s why my colleague used test card numberse; but the point wasn’t to test actual payment process but just to see if there’s a Stripe field and it accepts input. It doesn’t mean Stripe field actually is in test mode. Also the screenshot doesn’t come form our test sites but from the site reported in the initial post.

Okay, thanks for all the information.

I solved my issue, and it seems to be the same for anyone experiencing the ‘Stripe credit card form no longer showing on Safari’ problem.

In my case, an option of a security plugin was blocking all REST API calls for users who were not logged in. If you can’t find the specific plugin or issue causing your problem, you can avoid using the WP REST API by enabling POST submission (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67200938/contactform7-shows-post-get-error-on-submission-wordpress-woocommerce-site).

@elmarino – That fixed it for me; page reload vs ajax. Also – it’s not limited to DIVI. I am using understrap and the reload vs. ajax was the issue for both Safari Desktop and Mobile. Sharing here in case anyone else comes across this issue. It look a lot of time to figure this out.
