    I was able to get the green check when I connected Stripe to the plugin using the Signing Secret. However; I still see the message…

    Stripe doesn’t support your selected currency

    Unfortunately, Stripe doesn’t support payments in . Please try using a different gateway or adjusting your Tickets Commerce currency setting. You can see a list of supported currencies here.

    In the header of the backend. I tried the method of adding the code and key I found on another thread to the wp-config.php file and that did not work either. The message still shows in the backend. I am also not able to see my tickets or purchase them on the events page linked above.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    A few things:

    1. Currency
      Make sure to select the same currency in Tickets > Settings > Payments > Currency and your Stripe/PayPal accounts.
    2. Stripe Webhook
      If you’re using the Stripe Webhook, make sure it’s saved successfully in the Tickets Commerce setting. Could you confirm by going to Events > Troubleshooting and share only this line to be sure? It should look like this tickets-commerce-stripe-webhooks-signing-key = whsec_
      ?
    3. PHP Version
      Is your site running on PHP 8.1 or 8.2? Currently, we do not yet fully support PHP 8.1 and above, but rest assured that we are working towards it. We appreciate any error reports which can help us fix them. While we are working to make our products compatible, if you have the possibility, please downgrade the PHP version to 8.0 and check if it resolves the issue.
    4. Caching
      If you have any caching, make sure to exclude /event and /events URLs and also the plugin files/folders from being cached. Concatenating our JS files works too. Check out the Caching Guide for links to specific cache plugins. And this Caching Basics guide lists the folders to exclude.
