    Hi,

    Hope everyone is doing well and happy holidays,
    I have tried everything that I have seen on different post, but unfortunately I’m still getting this error “the value must be greater than 1” and stripe logs shows “amount : 0 “,. Your help is highly appreciated. Here is a link to the exported form: click here
    I’m running WordPress 6.4.2 and Forminator version 1.28.1 and stripe is set to Test Mode

    I hope you’re well today!

    It seems that somehow visibility conditions for some of the calculation fields got “messed up”. That’s unexpected but I’m not quite able to tell why it happened. Basically, form shows now as if there were visibility conditions set for “calculaion-1” and “calculation-2” field while they cannot be set when those fields are already set to be hidden.

    So please try this:

    – open “calculation-1” field for editing
    – switch to its “Settings” tab
    – uncheck the “Hidden” checkbox
    – click apply changes
    – do the same for the “calculation-2” field
    – then update the form
    – and then for both these fields enable “Hidden” checkbox again (but not visibility conditions!)
    – and update the form again

    Give it a go, please, and let us know if this solved the issue for you.

    Consider this issue RESOLVED…
    I had to recreate the FORM from scratch in order for it to work. Thank you for explaining the problem and its solution as you have pointed me in the right direction.

    I love the form and its ease of use and functionality. There is so much in the free version, but I’m going to signup for the PRO because of your fast support (Kudos).
