  • Hi @tomascanale,

The Stripe fields are not working on the Order Payment page

From what I understand, you’re experiencing issues with the Stripe fields not functioning properly on your Order Payment page.

I’ve taken the time to investigate your site and attempted to replicate the issue you’re facing. However, I was unable to reproduce the same problem, which suggests that the issue might be specific to your setup or environment.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve this issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, old data stored in your browser can cause issues with loading new information. Clearing your browser cache can often resolve this.
    2. Update your plugins and themes: This is a good practice to keep everything running smoothly and avoid any unexpected issues.
    3. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with the functionality of WooCommerce or Stripe. By disabling all other plugins, we can determine if there is a conflict.
    4. Switch to a default theme: Similar to plugins, certain themes can also conflict with WooCommerce or Stripe. By switching to a default theme, we can rule out any theme-related issues. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

    Hi there,

It seems like you visited the site while I was troubleshooting because the customers should not be able to pay before the order is approved.

I also realised that the link I provided asks for login details. Sorry for that. Here is the payment page I am talking about https://www.harvestboulangerie.com/checkout/order-pay/25094685/?pay_for_order=true&key=wc_order_81SyK5w3ZwwV8

During the troubleshooting, I discovered that the problem could be an incompatibility with the Divi Theme, as everything worked properly when I switched to Twenty Twenty-Three.

Is that something you can help me with or should I contact Elegant Themes?

    Hi @tomascanale

During the troubleshooting, I discovered that the problem could be an incompatibility with the Divi Theme, as everything worked properly when I switched to Twenty Twenty-Three.

I’m glad you were able to find the culprit of your issue here which is the Divi Elegant Themes.

Since this is a third-party plugin/product which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

    Thanks!
