    Hi @prophettech4 ,

I checked your site and indeed, there are no JavaScript or other errors that are visible from the frontend, your site also has a valid SSL.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

How did you solve this? I’m seeing unusable fields too, seems to be a conflict with the Angelleye PayPal plug-in version 2.40 and later.

    Hi there @lightroomqueen and @prophettech4,

Such issues are usually caused by a plugin or theme conflict. As soon as you determine what’s causing it through a conflict test, you can reach out to its devs to report.

This is how you can test for conflicts: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Cheers!

    Hi @lightroomqueen,

It was a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins except for stripe and then enabled each plugin one by one. It was because of this plugin called “Discounts Per Payment Method for WooCommerce by WPCodelibrary”.

Thank you for the update @prophettech4 .

@lightroomqueen – I recommend performing a conflict test on your site as well as advised by my colleague above.

If you need further help, then please open a separate thread for issues you’re facing on your site.

Thanks, I’ve narrowed it down to the Angelleye PayPal plug-in and I’m in touch with the developer.
