stripe help

I am at my whitts end. 7 days ive spent trying to get stripe working and Stripe keep telling me to come to workdpress for help. So here I am.

I have connected Stripe, done by dummy order etc so that part is working.

I have asked stripe how saving a customer file works due to us wanting an ongoing monthly subscription.

We need to set it up that the customer pays 1,000 deposit then what ever the remainder is over 5 months.

The issue is setting up this side of things for us to save the customer info as in their credit card. Apparently its done on wordpress end. and i cant work out how.

What am i missing?
