Stripe Hosted Page not loading for logged in users

    Hi team

    we can’t get the ‘Pay via Stripe Checkout’ to load the stripe page for payments by logged in users. It works fine for new users. I suspect it is something to do with email address not passing through as logged in users details dont display on their payment page, but I can’t see where I can manage that information. Please help!

    (By the way, there is no record of failed transaction in Stripe log).

    To help us better understand the issue, please share the Stripe logs of the affected order from your Stripe Dashboard Stripe dashboard > Developers > logs with both request and response for the below APIs:

    • /v1/customers
    • /v1/checkout/sessions
    • /v1/payment_methods
