    After coming up on two weeks of troubleshooting, it seems like The Event Calendar – Event Tickets Plus plugin is just plain broken. From suggestions to downgrade production PHP to version 8, recreating an event and creating a staging environment, The Event Tickets team hasn’t resolved this. There have always been issues with this plugin so I’d recommend not using it. I’ll update this post if it eventually gets resolved, but right now it hasn’t been a good experience.

    Upon review of the ticket, it appears that it has already been escalated to our Tier 2 support team and we are now awaiting your response.

    Although Tier 2 provided some caching change suggestions which we did, the problem persists in production. The problem is not fixed.
