    Actually, there is only one ticket open with stripe questions. I’m very sure you will get a reply right today.

    I submitted my latest support ticket on August 22nd (Monday) approximately 8pm Pacific time and it has been more than 48hrs. I haven’t heard back from Booking Ultra. Could I get a status update on this support ticket?

    I post it here because I have no other ways to check the status. The only info I have for this ticket is the message “We have received your email. We will get in touch with you shortly.” after submitting.

    We’ve replied to all tickets related to stripe integration. It’s really hard to know if you’re the same person we’re responding to.

    What you could do is including your WP nickname, that way we can track your issue.

    After I provide you the admin access to my website, I have not heard from you since. No response from you despite I sent at least 3 follow-up e-mail asking for status update across the past month. Not even a simple response that you’re looking into the problem.

    I am completely moving away from your plugin
