Stripe Integration Issue

I upgraded to the pro version for the Stripe gateway but it doesn’t work for me. I submitted the support request twice via https://bookingultrapro.com/contact.php but never receive a response. The first request was more than 2 weeks ago and the second request is more than 1 week ago.
The issue is urgent — please respond. Thank you
