I have activated the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin and added test API keys,
and ticked ‘enable Stripe’, plus Stripe is enabled on the main ‘Payments’ page:

But it’s not showing on my checkout page!

Thank you for sending the System Status.

I checked your site, made all the purchase processes, and I think this issue could be related to a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe Payment Gateway plugins, and then check again if Stripe appears as a payment method. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

If that doesn’t help, please send us your Fatal Error Log; you can find it under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

I have resolved this issue with Aelia.
(I needed to add the payment options per currency)

I have another question please:
There is the option to add ‘Stripe – Credit Card (Stripe)’
but no option for adding ‘Debit Card’ payment.
Will this Credit Card option accept Debit Cards?

Hi there,

It appears the site is showing “debit card” as a text that you can edit.

Stripe will accept all major debit / credit cards as well as other payment methods as mentioned here.
