    I have a situation where Stripe is not taking payment in Safari when it works perfectly well in other browsers.

    The payment gets accepted by the gateway (or so it appears) yet there is no record of payment in the Stripe system.

    Its not as if the payment throws any sort of error upon submission, it actually seems to get a clearance from the gateway but clearly something is amiss

    could anyone tell me where i might start with something like this?

    Hi @tony8028 ,

    I just placed a test order in Safari, and the payment completed as expected. The order was placed and also recorded in Stripe dashboard, here’s a screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/HeWSq7

    Can you please let me know of the following:

    1. After the payment process completes in Safari, is the order getting created in WooCommerce?
    2. If the order is getting created in WooCommerce, then please take a screenshot of the Order Notes area and share with us. Order Notes area can be found under WooCommerce > Orders > Select an order that was created after placing the order from Safari > You will find the Order Notes area on right side of order page.
    3. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the response.
