Stripe or PayPal selection not working after a Form Submit action

Hello,
Trying to complete a payment during registration. When filling out the form and selecting preferred payment process (Stripe or PayPal), neither load after clicking submit form. The browser spins, doesn’t lead to either.
Eventually after 2 minutes I’m greeted on the same page with an error message stating the user already exists. The user and form data is created on the WP and RegistrationMagic admin side to see. It shows PENDING payment. User view allows me to activate the user, however I have that automated on the RegistrationMagic settings.
Biggest issue is that selecting neither Stripe or PayPal is loading after a product select and form “Submit” action. At my wits end. I’ve deactivated plugins for conflicts, deactivated WooCommerce (as I’m solely wanting to drive payments to Stripe and PP through the RegistrationMagic app).
Please assist, can’t seem to resolve the issue after 2 days now. I submitted support tickets as well through Metagauss (ticket #40988).
