    I have the Event Calendar and Event Tickets commerce free versions on my websites. I have added stripe into the payment method. In test mode I can see the other payment methods like Afterpay, Klarnaand Alipay.

    But when I turned the test mode off and made the site live it is just showing the option of the card payment. Other payment methods are turned on from stripe dashboard already.

    Upon checking, I can see that you have Event Tickets Plus and The Events Calendar PRO activated on your page. However, I could not find a license under your domain. If you have an active license with us, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk so we can follow WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users.

    It seems that I’m experiencing some issues with trying to access an event page in order to view its ticket information. Every time I attempt to access the page, I’m automatically redirected back to the website’s homepage. My suspicion is that this may be due to a caching issue. I’m wondering if there may be a caching plugin or server-side caching in place that could be causing this. If so, would you be able to temporarily disable it to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi,

    The issue is still there. My website has been affected by malware. Just recovered that. You can check now and visit event page.

    The payment issue is still there I don’t have the pro versions can you please check now?

    Thanks for your response.

    There may be a conflict between your plugins and themes. Could you conduct a conflict test on a Staging version of your live site?

    If that doesn’t help, would you mind sharing the version numbers of PHP, WordPress, The Events Calendar, and your Theme? I’ll try to replicate the issue on my end.

    Also, from your staging site, please create a test event with a test ticket so we can check the issue further on our end. Looking forward to your reply.
