Stripe Payment CC/Debit Works, But Cash App Error

Thanks! We have not been able to get Cash App payments to work since we installed the Stripe Payment Gateway. We have tried uninstalling, reconnection, etc. This has been the result each time.

The order shows Status: Pending Payment and the Order Notes show “Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: pi_3Q4mMzHJ2W1UdY3r0Y4tSq3z)”

Could you please activate Debug Mode in the Advanced Settings?
After that, perform a transaction via CashApp and then look for any error log entries under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Also, it would be helpful to check your Stripe account for any logs regarding this issue.
Please share any information that you can find.

I haven’t changed any settings, but the Cash App option is now missing from checkout. Here’s the log from 09-3024, which is the date of the last failed Cash App Payment.

Here’s what Stripe Payments provides me about this transaction:

I visited your site and tested the checkout process.

I was able to the see Cash App Pay method on the checkout page.
Can you please check again and confirm if you can see it?

When selecting Cash App Pay, I encountered a 400 Bad Request JavaScript error.
This happened when the website sent a request to Stripe, which returned the 400 error.
This could be due to various factors.

400 (Bad Request)

I recommend recreating the webhooks to see if that resolves the issue.
Additionally, reaching out to Stripe support to inquire about the 400 Bad Request error might help provide more insights.

Hello – After a month of going back and forth with Stripe, they have investigated and seem to think it is a WooCommerce issue. Their recent message:

“Hi there,?

Thank you so much for your patience. We reviewed both the payment and the video you kindly sent to us and we’ve determined that the issue will be best troubleshot by WooCommerce, as they own your integration and will have access to further information that we weren’t able to get from our side.

If their developer happens to consider it necessary, they will reach out to us for further assistance, with no action needed from your side.
