Stripe Payment Gateway Not Working

I am trying to set up my ecommerce website and the stripe plugin for woocommerce is not working. The paypal section is. and cash on delivery is, but the stripe section isn’t. This is what is showing up:

The fields show up, but are not editable, thin white bars that are smaller then they should be.

Any help is appreciated.

currently have stripe enabled, test mode off.

Inline Credit Card Form and Capture charge immediately both checked off.
