Did you Register the add-on, in PMS -> Add-ons, using your Serial Number found in your Account created on https://www.cozmoslabs.com?

Since you are using a paid add-on please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for premium add-ons on these free forums.

Ah, that was the problem, the serial number seems to have become unregisitered! Thank you
