    I have a subscription based service and take card payments using stripe. My users who are due to automatically renew have been coming up as “on Hold” rather than normal. I dont know what is going on to make that happen. I was using 3.0.2 but I just upgraded to 3.0.5 with hope that this would fix the issue. I am also using woocommerce subscriptions. This is a MAJOR issue for me, so I would appreciate insight as soon as you can give me any. Discovered this issue 09-30-16. I just moved to a better web host as well. So it may be the issue that many people here are seeing, or the move to the new host, or a combination of both. I have tried the “low hanging fruit” solutions, but I think its something bigger.

    Again, my paypal payments are goign through but my stripe payments are not. Something is going on, and Im not 100% what it is, but if I can get some assistance. Let me know what details are needed to be of the best assistance

    If you’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions, you’re entitled to our premium support. You can create a ticket via woocommerce.com – that tends to have faster response times than the forums.

    There are a lot of things that could be going wrong here, so please do create a ticket with credentials to your site so that we can help you troubleshoot.
