    I installed the Stripe payments plugin to sell my music, namely a physical product in CD format and the download version of it.
    I did not create a product in the plugin, I created very simple buttons with lines of code that I copied and replaced what there was to replace, then putting the button where I want.
    I created simple buttons, I do not really care about many lines of code with shipping, taxes etc … I want simple communication with the buyer.
    The buttons have a unique price that already includes shipping taxes and all the stuff, all this information will be sent to the buyer the moment the momment i make the invoice / receipt in the software in the cloud, then yes … all values will be decriminalized, It’s a legal document.

    I’m in test mode and have already made many purchase attempts to test, but in fact apparently there is no error pattern, most of the attempts were apparently successful.
    Using different email addresses I bought through my computer, always without error, I tested from my cellphone without error and asked several people to make the test.
    Apparently mistakes are generated from pc’s, in terms of messages as buyer we always get the feeling that the purchase was made because it gives no error, everything is as if the purchase had been made ;, even at the level of messages that I configured in the plugin everything goes well.
    As I mentioned most of the purchases normally go to the system successfully, at least I as a buyer I get the purchase information, but I already tested on 2 pc’s outside my home and in my buyer email I get an error message like this :

    I’m already in this misfortune to a week, I’ve read articles and articles, opinions and opinions but I can not leave the same site, Stripe says that it does not detect errors and that the error should be in the plugin, maybe misconfigured or something.
    I ask for your attention and help, I realize very little .. I am more adventurous than anything else … and I have a hard time noticing where the error comes from.

    I had already redacted the personal stuff — you may want to re-edit or repost your log, with your name, phone number, email, and stripe tokens removed.

    Stripe tokens are not personal info. Just saying.

    @freewater have you enabled debug log in the plugin settings? If you have, can you please see what’s in there when you make the payment that produces error?

    Also, do you use any caching plugin like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache etc? If you do, please add checkout (thank you) page to the exclusion list in those plugins.
