Stripe payments not working

    Hi. I’ve been using this plugin for years but in the last few weeks Stripe payments have stopped working. Once the customer selects the vehicle and fills out the forms, they then select Stripe payments, and it returns a 500 error with the message:

    You cannot use line_items.amount, line_items.currency, line_items.name, line_items.description, or line_items.images in this API version. Please use line_items.price or line_items.price_data. Please see https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/migrating-prices for more information.

We kindly ask you to get in touch with our technical assistance team through our official website so that we can help you resolve the issue with our Stripe plugin, which is a paid add-on for the commercial (Pro) version of VikRentCar. In order to not go off-topic on this forum, we would appreciate if you could open a ticket from our website so that we can better assist you.

    What I can anticipate here is that the “Vik Stripe” plugin should be updated to a more recent version by using our “Vik Updater” plugin, or by simply re-installing over Stripe on your WordPress website with VikRentCar. This should solve the issue, but please get in touch with us in case you have any questions.
