Stripe payments recaptcha plug in

I have problems with customers not being able to pay through my website. I use Stripe, and when checking it in the wordpress page i found that I was recommended to install captcha plug in. Could this override my stripe payments?? I installed it, however it is not working. Stripe and punchpass cant find the issue. Could this be a scam or something?
