Stripe payments stuck in pending

Hey @compassionateveg – I’m glad you’re using our plugin with a bunch of great non-profits! For Stripe, did you set the webhook as described in our documentation here: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/stripe-free/

See the section “Connecting Stripe (free) and Your Webhook (required)” for exactly what I’m talking about.

Hooked WP site with GIVEWP plugin to stripe. The first donation attempt was still pending. “payment_intent.payment_failed” in stripe. Could somebody help?

@weiping1124 sounds like you haven’t set your webhook URL in Stripe. See docs here on that: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/stripe-free/

Devin, thanks for the answer. Actually I set WP site with GIVEWP and stripe webhook well. Jest don’t understand where the problem was?
