I installed the Stripe Payment Gateway and can now see it inside my Payments tab – but when I click “settings” nothing happens. The circle just spins and spins and I can’t access the plugin to activate the settings.

Any advise? Is this plugin not yet compatible with WP4.0?

Also – is there a webhook to connect WP Ecommerce to Stripe? There is no documentation on the plugin anywhere.

to add – i tried un-installing all of my plugins and clearing the cache but Stripe still would not let me drop down the “settings” tab

    Hi there,

Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.

I just tried in a brand new localhost site, our Stripe plugin with WP 4.0, WP eCommerce 3.8.14.3, Stripe 2.1 plugin.

I am able to get a transaction through in the test mode.

Have you try disabling all plugins other than WP eCommerce and Striple plugin and try to enter the credentials again? your other plugin might cause JS conflict that prevented you to access the Stripe settings.

    Thank you,
    Ray

I ended up paying for support and contacted them. They added something to the Stripe code so that de-activating the plugin would re-set the settings inside it. Apparently I entered in-valid credentials so it was erroring out the plugin and stopping it from dropping down the settings tab
