I am having an issue where the “Billing Information” section does not load on the checkout screen when trying to checkout for an event with Tickets Commerce and Stripe.

I am using the Hello theme with Elementor. I have used the checkout shortcode to generate the checkout page. I am also using WPRocket but have caching disabled on the checkout page.

The only fields that show are:

Purchaser Name:
Purchaser Email:

Card Number:
Expiration:
CVV:

I need my checkout page to include all the standard Billing Information:

Name, Address, Phone, Email, etc.

Cany anyone help?

Hi I’m still holding out in hopes that someone can help resolve this issue. I have attached a screenshot of what my checkout page looks like. Is this normal? I should be seeing more Billing Details such as Cardholder Name, Phone, Address, Email, etc above the card information.

Hey @tcooper2820,

From the looks of the screenshot, I believe you are getting the expected check out page.

Additional attendee information beyond name and e-mail does not come with the free version of the plugin, unfortunately.

Thanks John. I do have the premium version but I was confused because the Checkout Page on the sample site (https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/checkout/) looks different than my own.

Do I need to use the Additional Fields option to create a Billing Details section on the checkout page? I assumed it would come styled that way.
