Stripe SCA compatibility

I need to investigate more to see how much of this is handled by the Stripe SDK incorporated into RSVPMaker and what I might need to add.

Some of the sites I run have been accepting payments internationally without running into problems

It took me a while to get it working, but my Stripe implementation has been updated to the newer API designed to address SCA requirements. Release out today.

Should be good to go.
