Stripe Single Gateway causing 502 Errors

  • I have been using the Stripe Subscriptions Gateway on Sandbox mode now testing it for about a week and things seem to be running smoothly.

    However, I now need to also use the Stripe Single Gateway. When I insert the API Keys into their respective inputs one of the little loading indicators (little wheel thing) just spins and spins. When I try to reload the page my site gets a 502 Error and I have to wait for some time before I can access the site again.

    Do I need a different API Key to run both the single and the subscription gateways on my site? Or is there something that I am not quite implementing correct?

    Hey ryanjoos,

    Both single and subscription Stripe gateways are using the same API, you should use one or the other based on the type of subscription (being finite or recurring).

    With above being said are you using premium version of the plugin? The reason I ask is because the free version does not include Stripe Subscriptions Gateway. If this is the case I’m gonna have to ask you to open thread on WPMU DEV forum as this one is for free version of plugins. You can open one here.
