Stripe splits payment stuck on check out page loading screen showing

  • Hii , i am using stripe split in wordpress woocommerce but when the issue is when i click on place order button the page is keep loading in the test mode as well as in the live mode also, what could be reason and not placing the order and when i place order using default stripe payment method it is placing the orders and i have already updated the WCFM plugins and woocommerce also, still facing this issue.

    I have the same issue here on 3 sites. Split pay hangs, but default stripe plugin working. Issue started on 29 Feb. Have opened ticket with WCFM. I have asked Stripe to look into it but they cannot see the problem. Am wondering if stripe have updated how they do things their end and now wcfm not communicating with stripe correctly now. Also vendor on boarding has stopped working – when vendor clicks on connect to stripe button not much happens, when vendor goes back to the connect screen they see the message “Stripe not setup properly, please contact your site admin.”. Stripe logs show – parameter_unknown – business_type “business_type”: “individual”. Would appreciate feedback here if anyone figures out how to fix this. Thanks.

    The issue has been resolved ! the plugin update came so just update that plugin and clear cache your site , after try that stripe split payment, it will work.
