I am trying to set up the plugin, but the settings page is blank. (Woocommerce > Settings > Stripe Terminal – Manage) I see the WordPress sidebar, tabs along the top, but the entire settings area is empty.

    Wordpress Version: 5.8.2
    PHP version: 7.4.22

    Attempts to troubleshoot:

    • Updated all themes, plugins
    • Deactivated all plugins (except Woocommerce, WooCommerce Stripe
    • Gateway, and Terminal for Stripe and WooCommerce)
    • Switched to Twenty-Twenty-One Theme
    • Checked in Chrome and Firefox browsers
    • Deleted and reinstalled Terminal for Stripe and WooCommerce plugin

    Hi There!

This is because you’ve installed Stripe Gateway 5.8 (which is their newest release). That plugin has a setting called “upe settings redesign enabled” which when selected overrides dependent plugin settings admin UI with an empty div.

Find your Stripe Gateway plugin and disable that checkbox to solve that problem.

In the meanwhile we are working on a release (today or tomorrow) which will include a patch to override that setting as we work to remove Stripe Gateway dependencies.

This has been sorted out in today’s patch. Please let us know if you continue experiencing issues. Best of luck!
