stripe test card not working

    Trying to use the test card from stripe (recognized as visa by the form) but I get this message. I have enabled all cards and also tried to remove all of them, yet payment fails.
    This is the message:
    Card brand (other) has been restricted for payment by the seller. Please reload and try with another card from the accepted list (mastercard,visa,amex,discover,jcb,diners)

    Hi @cekaraz,

    Kindly ensure that you have switched Stripe to sandbox mode under the plugin setting and entered stripe test keys (sk_test_ and pk_test_ ). Please try with the card number 4242424242424242 and let us know how it goes.

    If the issue persists, please share the payment method log from Stripe dashboard > Developers > Logs and your site URL.

    Hi @webtoffee, yes I was obviously in stripe test/sandbox mode, not live.
    I had to disable your plugin because I could not risk having payment not working, so I can’t test this further. Sorry about that. I used card number 4000 0027 6000 3184 because I was interested in checking authentication requests.

    If you can not reproduce this ‘bug’ then it is probably not a bug, but an issue with my woocommerce instance.
