    Hi.

I’d trying to solver this can’t do it. Is this a problem from this plugin or what im doing wrong?

I got my woocommerce checkout up running. I select the product, and go foward to my cart and checkout page.

This is the error, i add all information to complete the payment trough Stripe but, when i click on “Realizar pedido” takes almost 5 seg long to just send me at top with and error message empty only with a “!” Symbol with nothing more.

I’d checked my Orders in woocommerce and has been done but the payment stays at “Pending” and no “Complete” but if i go to my stripe account to check the log. The payment has been done with success but woocommerce don’t make it to complete also my checkout appear with that error.

have someone had this same problem? Sorry for my bad english.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi. Thanks, i’ve already submit a ticket but maybe i won’t get assistance because i’m using Free Woocommerce Plugin which in that page says that they only provide assistance for those who have purchased a product.

Ok, thanks. I installed another plugin for Stripe because i though that probably the problem was the plugin but neither works properly.

I’ve send a ticket to stripe too.

“I made a payment with a Testing Card which is going to be declined because fails CVC or insufficent funds but in Woocommerce appear as “Pending” not Fail/ Declined but in you Stripe Dashboard appear as “Success” or “Completed”

Also, if i try with other testing card only make a ! Symbol at the top of the checkout payment but in you Dashboard appear as Completed too. ”

That’s the description of the problem. I hope it helps to make me solve this because many of my clients pay me trough that platform.
