    Hi

    I am having issues on a site whereby random stripe transactions do not appear to complete on the website, even though they have completed with Stripe.

    The transaction goes through as normal with stripe, but if I view the logs there isn’t a “Success: Stripe charge complete” for that order. On the front end, the site throws up an error that the transaction did not complete, and the customer believes that the transaction hasn’t gone through.

    I believe that this is a latency issue with the website, with the site not being available to accept/finish the “Stripe charge complete” stage of the transaction.

    I would have assumed that there would have been some confirmation required on the Stripe side of things to make sure that the website has completed the transaction, but that doesn’t appear to be so.

    Has anybody had any experience of anything similar or could possibly shed some light on what the issue may be?

    Were you able to find any specific errors in the logs generated by the Stripe plugin or logs found within your Stripe dashboard?

    Any JavaScript errors on the Checkout page?

    Hi, @shellbeezy sorry I completely overlooked this thread and missed your earlier reply, apologies.

    I’m going with the above prognosis that it was a latency issue.

    I moved the companys website to a more reliable platform and the problem hasn’t arisen since.
