Hi there – on May 21, 2021 Stripe sent out an email saying that in order to save a payment method for future use, you will be required to include the setup_future_usage argument when creating the Stripe Checkout session. The email says:

Stripe uses this argument to dynamically optimize your payment flow and facilitate compliance with regional legislation and network rules. Our records indicate your account has previously charged a payment method saved via a Stripe Checkout session that did not include the setup_future_usage argument.

I had thought this would be handled through a plugin update on your side, but since the update from Stripe, we have been unable to have saved payment methods for customers on file like previously. Please can you let me know urgently if this is something you are going to fix? Thanks
