Stripe User Transactions not showing

  • Hi there,

    I have followed these instructions to show users transaction history on their account page – https://s-plugins.com/displaying-stripe-payments-user-transactions-to-your-customers/

    I am trying to create accounts for users who have already purchased their subscription.

    However all I see when these users are logged in is ‘no transactions found’.

    Do these transactions need to be made after a user is registered? Or should I be able to create users with the same email and see older ones?

    I have tried on my most recent sign-ups but they’re all showing the same ‘no transactions found’ information.

    So let me see if I understand what you mean. You are saying those users have already purchased their subscription. Then you decide to create their accounts after the purchase. Is this correct?

    Did the users make a payment after they registered and logged in?

    Yes you are correct, I want to create accounts for people after they have purchased their subscription.
    No the users were not logged in when they made their payment.

    Where they registered?

    If a visitor makes a purchase and does not have an account in your site, then the transaction will not be recorded.
