    Hi there,

I got an email from Stripe that said they are having trouble delivering data to a webhook endpoint associated with my website (the failing webhook endpoint is /WC-API=wc_stripe).

    In the summary they say:

“1032 requests had other errors while sending the webhook.
You need to return anything between HTTP 200 to 200 for the webbook to be considered successfully delivered. “

Any suggestions? What are the known reason for this issue? Can plugin conflict be one?

    Thanks

    Hey there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @dok_h ,

Thanks for sending the system status report.

While I don’t see any specific issue based on the status report, I believe you’re getting the error from Stripe either due to misconfigured webhook, or the security/other plugins or server setting is preventing the webhooks from being received on your site.

    I recommend the following:

    1. Please make sure that your webhooks are configured as per the guide here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#webhooks
    2. Check with your web host to see if there are any server security settings that would prevent connection from external services. Also, I see that you have Wordfence installed and that may reject external connections for security, disable it and check if you still receive webhook related errors.
    3. If the issue persists, then I recommend conducting a conflict test as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

OK, thanks. I’ll try with disabling Wordfence first, then move to other plugins. I’ll let you know if I discover the cause.
