Strips paragraph tags

Hello,
This plugin looks like it does what I want in terms or managing posts but it is stripping off the formatting. An example is that it strips off the paragraph tags.

This page is the normal blog page;

Note the Test for 316 entry.

Now here is the same entry displayed with this shortcode;
[ic_add_posts category=’316′]
