Strong Customer Authentication and 3D Secure 2

Hello,

I’m investigating compliance with the EU regulations requiring Strong Customer Authentication going into effect on September 14, 2019 (See https://woocommerce.com/posts/introducing-strong-customer-authentication-sca/.)

I see that we have the option of enabling 3D Secure for our account, but has this been upgraded to 3D Secure 2? From what I have read version 2 is far superior to version 1.
