Structure Data – AMP Author Name Value Missing

    Hello,

    I’m getting an error when I run my AMP articles via Google Structured Data Testing Tool, specifically with one of the author objects.

    The name value is not getting generated for author. Any advice on how this can be fixed?

  • @jysc23 This issue seems to be caused by structured data being added to your site, possibly via the Yoast plugin. You will notice also the same validation error appears on your non AMP URL.

    Did you happen to disable author archives? If so you can see this issue on the Yoast Github here

    I will close this ticket but if you have any trouble I would suggest opening a ticket on the Yoast forum.
