Structure for my site – What is recommended?

I’m new to wordpress. But I’m familiar to html,css,javascript and little PHP. I want my companies website to yous wordpress. I’m getting new design as wireframe that contains HTML,CSS,javascript. This sites has round about 4 template. It will not contain any blog or commentary, only pages. In a couple of month I olso going to start with a “sister” page, that has at least one of then same plugins.
But where do I start? What is the best Theme framework to start with? Do I make i parent theme of these?
